RESOLUTION NO. 3049
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE. CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ADOYfING TIlE NONDISIJOSAL FACILITY ELEMI;:NT
WHEREAS, Public Resources Code Section 41730 et. seq., mandates preparation of a
Nondisposal Facility Element for every City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande is committed to developing plans, programs and
documents in compliance with State law; and
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Council conducted a public hearing to discuss the
Nondisposal Facility Element ~n August 23, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Arroyo Grande does
hereby adopt the June 1994 Nondisposal Facility Element as prepared by the Solid Waste Task
Force and approved by the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit" A" and incorporated herein.
On Motion of Council Member Burke
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT:Council Member Brandy
the foregoing Resolution was adopted the 23rd day of August, 1994.
