RESOLUTION NO. 3029
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX
PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION \ LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY
RESOLVES that the Fiscal 1994-1995 expenditure appropriation limit
from tax proceeds is $7,927,062, in accordance with Article XIIIB
of the California Constitution (Prop. 4, SB1352).
-- The city Council further resolves that this year's
calculation is to include the percentage change in California per
capita personal income, rather than the percentage change in the
local assessment roll due to the addition of non-residential new
construction, as the price factor.
On motion of Council Member Brandy , seconded by
Council Member Souza , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brandy, Souza, Lady and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None

the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of
May, 1994.
