RESOLUTION NO. 3028
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY I
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain property
consisting of bicycles that have been turned into the Police
Department as found items, or for other reasons, and not claimed
; by the owne~s: and
"----- WHEREAS, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department is
conducting a program to rehabilitate bicycles and donate them to
needy children, and said bicycles will be distributed through the
Arroyo Grande Police Department's "Santa Cop" program: and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has certain property
consisting of office equipment, tools, cabinets and other
miscellaneous equipment that is no longer being used.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus the property listed on Attachments
"A" and "B:" and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bicycles declared as surplus
be donated to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department for
rehabilitation and distribution through the Arroyo Grande Police
Department "Santa Cop" program.

by Council Member Souza , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Brandy, Souza, Lady and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None

the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of
