RESOLUTION NO. 3017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING
AS SURPLUS A 175 GALLON PROPANE TANK
AND REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO SELL
THE TANK TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER
. WHEREAS, the city of Arroyo Grande has a 175-gallon propane
tank located at the old Lopez High School site at Elm Street
Park: and

WHEREAS, the city has contacted the Lucia Mar Unified School --
District regarding the removal of the tank: and
WHEREAS, the propane tank's value has been assessed at
$175.00: and
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the propane tank be sold
to the highest bidder over $100.00, including removal from the
site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arroyo
Grande does declare as surplus and authorizes the sale of the
175-gallon propane tank to the highest bidder over $100.00,
including removal from the site.
On motion of Council Member Burke , seconded by
Council Member Souza , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Burke, Souza, Brandy and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Moots
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of
February, 1994.
