RESOLUTION NO. 3014
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE AND CONFIRMING THE SALE OF WATER
REFUNDING REVENUE BOND, SERIES 1993, IN THE
AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $1,131,992.66
WHER~AS , it is necessary to formally adopt a resolution
authorizing the issuance and confirming the sale of Water Refunding
Revenue Bond, Series 1993, and providing funds to refund and
refinance an outstanding loan obligation of the city of Arroyo
Grande; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to prescribe the form and other
details and the sale and delivery of the bond, and to fix the
interest rate to be borne thereby; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide for the collection and
disposition of the revenues of the water system of the City of
Arroyo Grande from which the bond will be paid, and to provide for
the issuance and payment of the bond; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to make certain findings and
covenants in connection therewith, provide for a system of
registration for the bond, ratify actions heretofore taken and
provide for related matters.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City council of the
City of Arroyo Grande hereby authorizes the issuance and confirms
the sale of Water Refunding Revenue Bond, Series 1993, in the
Aggregate Principal. Amount of $1,131,992.66 of the City of Arroyo
Grande, and approves this resolution, including the attached table
of contents, 23 pages -and Exhibits A and B thereto.
On motion of Council Member Burke , seconded by
Council Member r-t:x>ts , and by the following roll call
vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Burke, r-t:x>ts, Brandy and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Souza
the foregoing Resolution was passed this 14th day of
December, 1993.
