RESOLUTION NO 3012
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING FEES FOR VARIOUS SERVICES
WHEREAS, The City of Arroyo Grande performs certain services, issues permits
and licenses, which benefit specific individuals and businesses; and
WHEREAS, such services, permits and licenses are to be paid by those parties
who receive such services, permits and licenses, and
.--.-- WHEREAS, certain rates have not been adjusted since February 1988, while
operating costs have risen;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby
adopts the Fee Schedule attached to this Resolution and marked as Exhibit A, and hereby
incorporates such Exhibit into this Resolution.
On motion of Council Member Souza , seconded by
Council Member Burke , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Souza, Burke arx:1 ~ts
NOES: Council Member Brandy and Mayor Gallagher
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of November. 1993.
