RESOLUTION NO. 3009
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING RESOLUTION
NOS. 2417 AND 2455, WHICH ADOPTED FEES FOR
VARIOUS SERVICES, PERMITS, AND LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande performs certain services and issues permits and licenses,
which benefit specific individuals and businesses; and
WHEREAS, such services, permits, and licenses are to be paid by those Individuals and businesses
who receive such services, permits, and licenses; and
WHEREAS, those fees involving services, permits, and licenses provided by and/or through thE
Pollee Department, as adotped in Resolution Nos. 2417 and 2455, no longer reflect the true cost!
of providing such services, permits, and licenses; and
WHEREAS, additional costs for services, permits, and licenses provided by and/or through the,
Pollee Department that benefit specific individuals and businesses have been Identified.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby amends Resolution
Nos. 2417 and 2455 and adopts the fee schedule for the Police Department as shown on attached Exhibit
"A".

and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
