RESOLUTION NO. 2999
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING
SURPLUS FIRE HYDRANT METERS
WHEREAS, the city of Arroyo Grande has certain property
consisting of nine fire hydrant meters that were used to measure
water use in construction1 and
WHEREAS, the meters are no longer utilized by the City because
of the policy of requiring non-potable water use in construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arroyo Grande
does declare as surplus and authorizes the sale of nine fire,
hydrant meters at the price of $275.00 per meter.
On motion of Council Member Souza , seconded
by Council Member Burke , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Souza, Burke and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Brandy and Moots
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this loth day of
August, 1993.
