RESOLUTION NO. 2988 I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX
PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993-1994
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 1993-1994 expenditure appropriation limit from tax
proceeds is $7,812,970, in accordance with Article XIIIB of the
California constitution (prop. 4, SB1352).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this year's calculation is to
include the percentage change in california per capita personal
income, rather than the percentage ohange in the local assessment
roll due to the addition of non-residential new construction, as
the price factor.
On motion of Council Member Souza , seconded by
council Member Moots , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Member Souza, Moots, Burke, Brandy and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of
May, 1993.
