RESOLUTION NO. 2986
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING AGRBEMENTS PETWEBN
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF
CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the state of california, Department of California
Highway Patrol requires written training agreements from any agency
participating in its training programs, and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Arroyo Grande
desires from time to time to participate in certain training
programs sponsored and administered by the Department of California I
Highway Patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Arroyo Grande city I
Council that the Chief of Police or designee is hereby authorized ,
and directed to sign suoh training agreements. !
On motion of cOQncil Member Souza , seconded by
council Member Burke , and on the following roll oall
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Souza, BUI'ke, Moots Brandy and Mayor Gallagher
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
