RESOLUTION NO. 2973
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REQUESTING THAT
PARKING BE ALLoWED ON BOTH SIDES OF STATION WAY
DURING A PANCAKE BREAKFAST FUNDRAISER
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, pismo Beach and
Oceano Fire Departments will be hosting a joint Pancake Breakfast
Fundraiser for the family of Rick Vreeland, pismo Beach Firefighter
who passed away in February, from 5:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday,
March 21, 1993, and extra parking will be necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande Fire Department has requested that
parking be allowed on both sides of station Way, between Traffic
way and Fair Oaks Avenue, during the hours of the Pancake Breakfast
to provide extra parking for those attending the event.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
HEREBY RESOLVES to allow parking on both sides of Station way,
between Traffic Way and Fair Oaks Avenue, from 5:00 A.M. to 5:00
P.M. Sunday, March 21, 1993, for the purpose of providing parking
for those attending the fundraiser.
On motion of Council Member Souza , seconded by
council Member Brandy , and on the following roll call vote,
to wit:
AYES: COlmcil Members Souza, Brandy, Burke and Mayor Pro Tern Moots
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Gallagher
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of
March, 1993.
