RESOLUTION NO. 2955
AUTIIORIZlNG EXECUTION OF STATE-LOCAL ENTITY
MASTER AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5199 ALONG WITII
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 001 FOR STATE-LOCAL
PARTNERSffiP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has applied for State Share Funds to be used for
capital improvement projects; and
~ WHEREAS, the State has determined these projects to be eligible for funding under the
State-Local Partnership Program;
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City and the State is required to be executed for
eligible projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande that its Mayor be and is hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the
City of Arroyo Grande, to execute the State-Local Entity Master Agreement No. SLTPP-
5199, along with program Supplement No. 001.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande duly held this 27th day of October, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Smith, Gallagher and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Moots
