RESOLUTION NO. 2945
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE REQUESTING
TEMPORARY REMOVAL OF THE "NO-PARKING" ZONE
ON THE EAST SIDE OF STATION WAY
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande Fire Department will be hosting a
"mixer," sponsored by the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce, from
5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, August 20, 1992, and extra parking will
be necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department has requested temporary removal
of the "No-parking" zone on the east side of station way, between -
Traffic way and Fair Oaks Avenue, during the hours of the "mixer"
to provide extra parking for those attending the event.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
HEREBY RESOLVES to temporarily remove the "No-Parking" zone on the
east side of station Way, between Traffic Way and Fair Oaks Avenue,
from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, August 20, 1992, for the purpose
of providing parking for those attending the Arroyo Grande Chamber
of Commerce "mixer."
On motion of council Member Dougall , seconded by
council Member Gallagher , and on the following roll call vote,
to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Gallagher and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Moots and Smith
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 11th day of
