RESOLUTION NO. 2929
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX
PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 1992-1993 expenditure appropriation limit from tax
proceeds is $7,388,135, in accordance with Article X111B of the
California constitution (prop. 4, SB1352).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this year's calculation is to
include the percentage change in California per capita personal
income, rather than the percentage change in the local assessment
roll due to the addition of non-residential new construction, as
the price factor. The population change factor is zero,
maintaining last year's certified population.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by
Council Member Smith , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Smith, Gallagher, MootS and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of
May, 1992.
