RESOLUTION NO. 2925
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE REMOVING COMMERCIAL LOADING AND
30-MINUTE PARKING ZONES ON EAST BRANCH STREET
WHEREAS, commercial loadinq zones fronting 100 and 116-120
L East Branch Street and 30-minute parkinq zones fronting 101-103 and
104-106 East Branch street no longer appear necessary or desirable,
and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to clear the record of other
superseded parkinq restrictions in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That paraqraphs 2, 3, and 5 of Resolution 1139
and Resolutions 1159, 1168, 1750, and 2202 in
their entirety are hereby rescinded.
On motion of council Member Dougall , seconded by
Council Member Moots , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES:Council ~rs Dougall, M::>ots, Gallagher, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foreqoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of
March, 1992.
