RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ORDERING THE
ABANDONMENT OF A PUMP STATION EASEMENT ON
LOT 1 OF TRACf 577, IN THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 8323, ET SEQ.)
L WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to proceed
under the provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8321,et seq., and in accordance
with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande City Council set the time and
place for public hearing for the vacation of said City pump station easement at 7:30 p.m.,
March 10, 1992, in the Arroyo Grande City Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced at the
public hearing, that the hereinafter described pump station easement is unnecessary for
present or future stated purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described Pump
Station Easement in the City of Arroyo Grande be abandoned and it is so ordered.
All of Parcel A, designated as Pump Station Easement in
Lot 1 of Tract 577, recorded in Volume 9, Page 2 of Maps, in
the County Recorder's Office, San Luis Obispo County,
California.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council Member MJots ,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, MJots, Smith, Gallagher and Mayor Millis
