RESOLUTION NO. 29 1 8

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ORDERING THE
ABANDONMENT OF A WATER RESERVOIR EASEMENT
ON LOT 14 OF TRACf 599, IN THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, (STREETS AND IDGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 8323, ET SEQ.)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to proceed ,
under the provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8321, et seq., and in accordance
with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande City Council set the time and
place for public hearing for the vacation of said City water reservoir easement at 7:30 p.m.,
March 10, 1992, in the Arroyo Grande City Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced at the
public hearing, that the hereinafter described water reservoir easement is unnecessary for
present or future stated purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described Reservoir
Site Easement in the City of Arroyo Grande be abandoned and it is so ordered.
All of Parcel B, designated as Reservoir Site Easement L,
Lot 14 of Tract 599, recorded in Volume 9, Page 26 of Maps,
in the County Recorder's Office, San Luis Obispo Com:ty,
California.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council Member M:Jots ,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council M2mbers Dougall, M:Jots, Gallagher, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10thday of March, 1992.
