AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 4, CHAPTER 3
REGARDING MEETINGS OF THE TRAFFIC COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Arroyo Grande Municipal Code section 4-3.21(c) is
hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
section 4-3.21. Traffic Commission. ;

I The Traffic Commission shall regularly meet once each I,
month during the evening at the city Hall or Council Chambers on
I a day and time designated by the commission, provided sufficient
topics of consideration are present, and may meet at such other
times as the Chairman deems necessary or advisable.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and within fifteen (15) days
after its adoption, it shall be published once, together with the
names of the council Members voting thereon, in a newspaper of
general circulation within the city.

Council Member Lady , and on the following roll
call vote, to wit:
