ORDINANCE NO. 466 C. S.
AN' ORDINANCE OF TH.E Cn'y OF ARROYO GRANDE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 454 C.S.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Arroyo Grande Municipal Code Section 3-3.622 is hereby repealed and
deleted in its entirety and replaced and amended to read in its entirety as follows:

I extended by another ordinance adopted by the City Council.

SECTION 2: If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or
phrase of this Ordinance or any part thereof is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such
decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this article or any part thereof.
The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision,
paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more
section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrases be declared unconstitu-
tional.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
SECTION 4: With fifteen (15) days after passage of this Ordinance, it shall be published
once, togetller with the names of the Council Members voting thereon, in a newspaper of general
circulation within the City.
