AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY !
OF ARROYO GRANDE MODIFYING PARKING
PROHIBITIONS BY AMENDING SECTION 4-3.02 (e) OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does hereby ordain that
Section 4-3.02 (e), prohibiting parking within intersections, is hereby amended to read: "
In an intersection, except along the opposing edge of a
T-intersection where a prohibition is not needed for public
safety and/or traffic control; and
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and
within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, it shall be published once, together with the
names of the Council members voting thereon, in a newspaper of general circulation within
the City.
On motion of Council Member' Cougall , seconded by Council Member
Gallagher , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
A YES: Council Members Dougall, Gallagher, Moots, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Ordinance was passed and adopted this
