R 4672 RESOLUTION NO. 4672
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING VEHICLES AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain vehicles which are no longer needed;
and
WHEREAS, the vehicles can be classified as surplus property and made available for
sale or transfer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in conformance with the City's Purchasing
Policies and Procedures Manual, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby declare as surplus the vehicles described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes their sale or transfer.
On motion of Council Member Barneich, seconded by Council Member Harmon, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Barneich, Harmon, Guthrie, Brown, and Mayor Hill
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of July 2015.
