WaIw!AS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has held a public I
hearing to consider an amerdnent to Ordinance No. 355 e.s.; and
WaIw!AS, the City Council did caulider said proposed amerdnent to modify
Exhibit "A" by adjusting the lot lines between Lots 221, 222, 223 and 224 as
shown an the attached, modified Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, the City Council has held the required public hearing on the
proposed amenanent; and

~, the City Council finds no substantive inpact and, therefore,
approves a Negative Declaration; and

~, the proposed IIII'IeIdnent was found to be caulistent with the General
Plan, Zoning, Goals and Objectives of the City of Arroyo Grande.
NCH, .~, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 355 c.S. is ameIIded to modify Exhibit "A" by adjusting
the lot lines between Lots 221, 222, 223 and 224 as shown an the attached,
modified Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days
after its passage; and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published once, together with the names of the City Council Hel'fi:)ers voting
thereon, in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
