RESOLUTION NO. 2899
A RESOLUTION OF mE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "SCHOOL BUS
WADING AND UNWADING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF
ALDER STREET (ALDER STREET FRONTAGE OF
MARGARET HARWE SCHOOL)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a .School Bus Loading and
Unloading" zone on a portion of Alder Street, as specifically described below:
NOW, mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows: "

That a "School Bus Loading and Unloading" zone be established on the easterly
frontage of Alder Street extending from a point one hundred fifty three (153) feet
south of the centeiline intersection of Fair Oaks A venue and Alder Street, thence
southerly to a point on the easterly right of way line, two hundred three (203) feet
southerly of the centerline intersection of Fair Oaks A venue and Alder Street; and
from a point extending three hundred fifty three (353) feet south of the centerline
intersection of Fair Oaks Avenue and Alder Street, thence southerly to a point on
the easterly right of way line, four hundred thirty eight (438) feet southerly of the
centerline intersection of Alder Street and Fair Oaks A venue. See Exhibit "A".
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and! or markings to indicate
said .School Bus Loading and Unloading" zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council Member smith ,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Smith, Gallagher and Mayor Pro Tern M:xJts
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Millis
