A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AND
DONATING 30 BICYCLES TO THE
"SANTA COP" CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain property
consisting of 31 bicycles, which have been turned in to the Police
I Department as "found" items, or for other reasons; and

WHEREAS, the abovenoted items have been classified as surplus
property; and
WHEREAS, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department is
conducting its annual program to rehabilitate bicycles and donate
them to needy children, and said bicycles will be distributed
through the Arroyo Grande Police Department's "Santa cop" program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arroyo Grande
. does declare as surplus the bicycles listed below and donates them
to the San Luis Obispo county Sheriff's Department bicycle
rehabilitation "Santa Cop" program.
