A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A SIXTY (60)
MINUTE PARKING ZONE ON A PORTION OF TRAmC
WAY (540 TRAmC WAY INCLUDING DOWER WAYSIDE
PARK FRONTAGE) ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF
EIGHT (8) PARKING SPACES. (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC.
4-3.05)

WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a sixty (60) minute parking
wne on a portion of Traffic Way, as specifically described below:
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a sixty (60) minute parking wne be established on the
westerly frontage of Traffic Way extending from a point two
hundred (200) feet south of the intersection of the centerlines of
Traffic Way and East Cherry Avenue, thence southerly to a point
on the westerly line of Traffic Way, four hundred fifteen (415)
feet south of the intersection of the centerlines of Traffic Way and
East Cherry A venue. See Exhibit . A . .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate
said sixty (60) minute parking wne.
On motion of Council MemberDougall seconded by Council Member ~ts and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, ~ts, Gallagher, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
