RESOLUTION NO. 2895
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF HUASNA ROAD (HUASNA
ROAD FRONTAGE OF 119 AND 104 IKEDA WAY)
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion of
Huasna Road, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
I- Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the southerly frontage
of Huasna 'Road extending from a point one hundred thirty one "
(131) feet west of the intersection of the centerlines of Huasna
Road and Ikeda Way, thence easterly to a point on the southerly
right-of-way line, ninety seven (97) feet east of the intersection of
the centerlines of Huasna Road and Ikeda Way. See Exhibit "A" .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate
said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member ~th seconded by Council MemberDougall and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Dougall, Gallagher, M:xJts and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of October, 1991.
