RESOLUTION NO. 2485
A RESOLUTION ON TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A BOULEVARD
STOP SIGN AT TIlE INTERSECTION OF MAPLE STREET
AND WALNUT STREET
wHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a boulevard stop sign at the
intersection of Maple Street and Walnut Street: ,
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a stop sign be placed on Maple Street at the northeast corner, -
and southwest corner of Maple Street and Walnut Street, $0 as to
stop westbound and eastbound traffic before crossing Walnut
Street. See Exhibit . A . .
BE IT FURTIlER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate
said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council Member DoucJall, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit: "
AYES: council Members Smith, Dougall, Moots, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of August, 1991.
