RESOLUTION NO. 2477
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE
ON A PORTION OF SOUTH HALCYON ROAD
(303 AND 345 SOUTH HALCYON ROAD)
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of South Halcyon Road, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the easterly frontage of South
Halcyon Road, extending from a point five hundred forty eight feet (548')
north of the intersection of the centerlines of South Halcyon Road and Fair
Oaks Avenue, thence northerly to a point on the easterly right-of-way line,
seven hundred feet (700') north of the intersection of the centerlines of
South Halcyon Road and Fair Oaks Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall , seconded by Council Member
Olsen ,and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members D:JUgall, Olsen, Smith, Moots and Mayor Millis
