A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A TAX
PROCEEDS EXPENDITURE APPROPRIATION LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991-1992
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Fiscal 1991-1992 expenditure appropriation limit from tax
proceeds is $7,435,724, in accordance with Article X111B of the
California constitution (prop. 4, SB1352).
THE CITY COUNCIL FURTHER RESOLVES that this year's calculation
is to include the percentage change in California per capita
personal income, rather than the percentage change in the local "
assessment roll due to the addition of non-residential new
construction, as the price factor. The population change factor is
that required from last year's certified population, to adjust for
the January 1, 1990 official U.S. CensuS.
On motion of council Member Dougall , seconded by
council Member Olsen , and on the following roll call vote, to
wit:
AYES: Counsil Members Dougall, Olsen, Moots, Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of
May, 1991.
