RESOLUTION NO. 2474
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABliSHING
A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF FAIR OAKS AVENUE
(Fair Oaks Avenue frontage of 345 South Halcyon Road)
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of Fair Oaks Avenue, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of AIroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the northerly
frontage of Fair Oaks A venue, extending from a point sixty
two feet (62') east of the intersection of the centerlines of
South Halcyon Road and Fair Oaks Avenue, thence easterly
to a point on the northerly right-of-way line, one hundred
forty five feet (145') east of the intersection of the centerlines
of South Halcyon Road and Fair Oaks Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and! or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Dougall seconded by Council Member Smith
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Smith, Moots, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
