RESOLUTION NO. 2473
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING
A "THIRTY (30) MINUTE PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION
OF NORTH HALCYON ROAD (200 NORTH HALCYON ROAD)
ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) PARKING SPACES
(Municipal Code Sec. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a "Thirty (30) Minute
Parking" zone on a portion of North Halcyon Road, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "Thirty (30) Minute Parking" zone be established on the easterly
frontage of North Halcyon Road, extending from a point four hundred
twenty five feet (425') north of the intersection of the centerlines of Grand
Avenue and Halcyon Road, thence northerly to a point on the easterly right-
of-way line, four hundred eighty feet (480') north of the intersection of the
centerlines of Grand Avenue and Halcyon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "Thirty (30) Minute Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member Smith , seconded by Council Member
Dougall , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Dougall, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution thiS14thdayof May, 1991.
