RESOLUTION NO. .1.ill.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING AN ITEM TO BE
PLACED ON THE SURPLUS LIST AND REQUESTING
AUTHORIZATION FOR SALE AT A PUBLIC AUCTION
WHEREAS, the city of Arroyo Grande Fire Department has a 1958
Fire Truck, which is not reliable as a fire pumper or for any other
purpose to the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande Fire Department has replaced said
truck with new equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Arroyo Grande
does declare as surplus and authorize the sale at auction of a 1958
Van Pelt International Fire Truck, License No. El16997.
On motion of council Member Dougall , seconded by council
Member Smith , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Smith, Moots, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of
