SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCil
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1998

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall called the meeting to order at 7:00 P,M. Mayor Pro Tem Lady,
Council Members Fuller, Runels, Tolley, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel
were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None,
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to
discuss the following matters:
(a) PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957:

3, RECONVENE TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 P.M. to the regular City Council meeting.
4, CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Dougall announced that there was no action from the closed
session.
