SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13,1998

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Dougall caned the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Mayor Pro Tern Lady, Council
Members Tolley, Runels, Fuller, City Manager Hunt and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION.
Mayor Dougall announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to discuss the
following matters:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: existing litigation; pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a):
Name of Case: unspecified: disclosure would jeopardize existing settlement
negotiations.
3. RECONVENE TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:29 P.M. to the regular City Council meeting.
