SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY,JANUARY 12, 1999

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING .
Mayor Lady calied the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Ferrara,Council Members
Tolley, Runels, Dickens, City Manager Hunt and City Attomey Carmel, were present.

Mayor Lady announced that the Councii was going to meet in closed session to discuss the
foilowing matters:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — existing litigation pursuant to
Govemment Code Section 54956.9(a):
i. Camabell v. City of Arroyo Grande: Califomia Workers' Compensation
Appeals Board Case No. GRO 0017282 �
ii. Blanck v. Citv of AROVO Grande, et al.: United States District Court.
