SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 7:45 A.M. Vice Mayor Ferrara, Council Members
Runeis, Tolley, Dickens, City Manager Hunt, and City Attomey Carmel were present:

2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Lady announced that the Council was going to meet in closed sessiori to discuss the
following matters: .
A. Anticipated Litigation: Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Govemment
Code Section 54956.9(b) involving one (1) potential case.
B. Existing Litigation pursuant to Govemment Code Section 54956.9(a):
Name of Case: Blanck v Citv of Arroyo Grande, et al.; United States District
Court, Central District of Califomia, Case No. 95-5118 DDP (Rzx).
3. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
There was no reportable action from the closed session.
4. ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjoumed at 821 A.M. to the regular City Council meeting of April 13, 1999.
