SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Ferraca, Council
Members Runels, Dickens, Tolley, Interim City Manager TerBorch, and City Attorney
Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Lady announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to discuss
the following matters:
A. CONFERENCE CALL WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION.
