1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Council Member Joe Costello, Mayor Pro Tem
Ed Arnold, City Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present. Council
Members Jim Guthrie and Chuck Fellows were absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT pursuant to Government Code Section 54957:
Title: Director of Building and Fire
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 5:27 p.m.
