RESOLUTION NO. 2459
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNcn.. OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING A "NO PAlUCING"
ZONE ON A PORTION OF LE POINT STREET
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of Le Point Stn:et, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as fonows:

That a "No Parking" zone be established on the northerly frontage I

of Le Point Stn:et extending from a point one hundred sixty three I
feet (163') east of the centerline of the intersectktn of McKinley and
Le Point Streets thence to a point on the northeI1y right-of-way line
two hundred eight feet ('208') east of the centerlilttll of the inteuedion
of McKinley and Le Point Streets.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufffc:ient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council Member rk>ugall , seconded by Council Member
Olsen , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members rk>ugall, Olsen, ~ and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Smi th
