Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m. Council Member Joe Costello, Council Member
Jim Guthrie, Council Member Chuck Fellows, Mayor Pro Tem Ed Arnold, City Manager Steven Adams,
and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present.
