RESOLUTION NO. 2455

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING PEES FOR
EXHIBITION PERMITS, ALARM PERMITS AND
POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONSE TO FALSE ALARMS.
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande performs certain services
and issues permits and licenses, which benefit specific individuals
and businesses; and
WHEREAS, such services, permits and licenses are to be paid by i
those individuals and businesses who receive such services,
permits, and licenses; and
WHEREAS, additional costs for services, permits and licenses
provided by and/or through the Police Department which benefit
specific individuals and businesses have been identified:
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
hereby adopts the fee schedule for Exhibition Permits, Alarm
Permits and Police Department Response to False Alarms as shown on
Attached Exhibit "A".
On motion of council Member Dougall ,
seconded by Council Member 9mth , and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, 9mth, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 12th day of
March , 1991.
