The City Council met in regular adjourned meeting with Mayor Pro Tem
Millis presiding. Upon roll call, Council Members Spierling and Schlegel
reported present. Councilman Gallagher and Mayor de Leon are absent.
BUDGET STUDY SESSION
Administrator Butch reviewed with the Council the Preliminary Municipal
Budget for 1977-78, beginning with Page A-1 and reviewing the entire budget to
its completion at Page C-88.
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and
