RESOLUTION NO. 2449
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING
A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF CROWN HILL
(520- 524 CROWN HILL)
(MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a portion
of Crown Hill, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the
southerly frontage of Crown Hill, extending from
a point twenty feet (20') east of the intersection
of the centerlines of Le Point Terrace and
Crown Hill, thence easterly to a point on the
southerly right-of-way line, one hundred sixty
feet (160') east of the intersection of the
centerlines of Le Point Terrace and Crown Hill.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council MemberDougall ,seconded by Council Member Olsen,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABS~: Council Member Smith
