RESOLUTION NO. 2448
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING A "NO PARKING BE'IWEEN
7:30 AM TO 3:30 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY" ZO$ ON A
PORTION OF CROWN HILL (528 10 562 CROWN HILL)
(Municipal Code See. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a "No Parking
Between 7:30 AM 10 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday" zone on a portion of Crown Hill,
. as specifically described below:
!l,.. NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking Between 7:30 AM 10 3:30
PM, Monday through Friday" zone be
established on the southerly frontage of Crown
Hill extending from a point one hundred sixty
feet (160') east of the intersection of the
centerlines of Le Point Terrace and Crown Hill,
thence easterly to a point on the southerly right
of way line, five hundred sixty feet (560') east
of the intersection of the intersection centerlines
of Le Point Terrace and Crown Hill.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and is hereby authorized 10 provide and install sufficient signs
and/or markings 10 indicate said "No Parking Between 7:30 AM 10 3:30 PM, Monday
through Friday".

and on the following roll call vote, 10 wit:
AYES: Council Member Moots, Dougall, Olsen and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Smith
