A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COWCll. OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABUSHING A "NO PARKING BEl'WEEN
7:30 AM TO 3:30 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY" ZONE ON A
PORTION OF MONTEGO STREET (1203 AND 1207 MONTEGQ STREET)
ENCOMPASSING A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) PARKING SPACES
(SUPERSEDES RESOLUTION NO. 2288)
(Muncipal Code Sec. 2-7.04)
WHEREAS, it appears I'ecessary and desirable to establish a "No Parking Between
7:30 AM to 3:30, PM Monday through Friday" zone on a portion of Mon1ego Street, as
specifically described below: 'i
I NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Arroyo I
Grande, as follows: I
That a "No Parking Between 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday
through Friday" zone be established on the southerly frontage
of Montego Street extending from a point at the intmection
of the easterly line of 1203 Montego Street and the southerly
line of Montego Street; thence westerly, one hunched forty
seven feet (147') to the point of intersection of the westerly
I line of 1207 Montego Street and the southerly line of
I Montego Street.
i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
I
I Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking Between 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through
Friday" .
On motion of Council Member Smith, seconded by Council MemberDJugal1.and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Dougall, Olsen, M:Jots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
