RESOLUTION NO. 2430
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING ADOPTING REVISED
CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
(Municipal Code 7-2.01)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Those certain City of Arroyo Grande Construction Standards of the Department
of Public Works, identified as proposed revisions and additionalr r' '1<0 in the attached
exhibit entitled, "Supplement to the Standard Plans for Public ..,. II\.. Construction,
Construction Standards Revisions, 1990 Edition", are hereby .... n-' u the City of
Arroyo Grande Construction Standards. The adoption of those '*'ItlUction standards
supersedes previously adopted construction standards bearing conf1ieting plate numbers.
On motion of Council Member Smith , seconded by Council Member Dougal,Lrand
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Smith, Dougall, Olsen, M:xJts and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of November, 1990.
