A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ADOPTING A SALARY AND BENEFIT
PROGRAM FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES FOR FISCAL YEAR
2007-08 AND FISCAL YEAR 2008-09
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") deems it in the best interest
of the City that compensation for part-time employees be fixed as hereinafter provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that:
1. Part-time employees shall receive the salaries as designated in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference effective for the pay period beginning
June 29, 2007.
2. Part-time employees shall receive the salaries as designated in Exhibit "B" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference effective for the pay period beginning
June 27, 2008.
3. All other part-time employee salary and benefit terms and conditions remain in full force
and effect as set forth in Resolution No. 3463.
On motion of Council Member Fellows, seconded by Council Member Costello, and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fellows, Costello, Guthrie, Arnold, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28"' day of August, 2007.
