RESOLUTION NO. 2427
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABliSHING A "NO
PARKING" ZONE ON A PORTION OF SOUTH ALPINE
STREET (MUNICIPAL CODE SEC. 2-7.04.)
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish a "No Parking" zone
on a portion of South Alpine Street, as specifically described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "No Parking" zone be established on the westerly
frontage of South Alpine Street, extending from a point sixty
two feet (62') south of the intersection of the center1ines of
Cerro Vista Lane and South Alpine Street, thence southerly
to a point on the westerly right-of-way line, two hundred forty
eight feet (248') south of the intersection of the centerlines
of Cerro Vista Lane and South Alpine Street, (See Exhibit
"A")
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said "No Parking" zone.
On motion of Council member Dougall ,seconded by Council Member
Smi"th , and on the following roll call vote, to ~t:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Olsen and Smith and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABS~: Council Member Moots
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of October,
1990.
