1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. Council Member Jim Guthrie, Council
Member Joe Costello, Council Member Chuck Fellows, Mayor Pro Tem Arnold, City Manager
Steven Adams, and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
