A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABliSHING A BOULEVARD
"STOP SIGN" AT ASPEN STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH SAGE STREET
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish 'a' boulevard "Stop
Sign" at Aspen Street at its intersection with Sage Street:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That a "Stop Sign" be ,placed on Aspen Street at the
northwest comer, and southeast comer of Aspen Street and
Sage Street, so as to stop northbound and southbound traffic
before crossing Sage Street. See Exhibit · A" ,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or
markings to indicate said stop signs,
On motion of Council Member LkJugall ,seconded by Council
Member Olsen , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dougall, Olsen, Moots and Mayor Millis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member smith
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25 th day of September, 1990,
